Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process.

Free shipping is applied for orders exceeding RM200 for West Malaysia and RM300 for East Malaysia.

All orders will be shipped within 3 days upon payment.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number once your order is shipped out. Visit the courier's website and enter the tracking number to check the status of your parcel.

Due to the safety and the nature of ingredients, our products are non-exchangeable.

However, if your orders are damaged through shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Any damages to the product will be reviewed case-by-case basis.

Once inspected, we will arrange a replacement with a brand new product. If you wish to have a refund, please notify us and the refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
